Please label Your presentations in the following manner:
Start Time - Company Name - Day - Room

Example

9.00am-LifeScienceIntelligence-Day1-Monarch 1

Day 1 = Tues. 3/17

Day 2 = Wed. 3/18

Day 3 = Thurs. 3/19

Format

Please use 16:9 (widescreen) aspect ratio

DO NOT use hyperlinks for videos.

AV will not have internet access, so hyperlinks will not work.

Videos must be embedded properly into PowerPoint.

Fonts

Please use PowerPoint stock fonts.
AV computers WILL NOT display custom fonts properly.

To avoid errors, use stock fonts or Embed your fonts in the presentation
save settings.

We recommend using 32 - 34pt fonts for visibility.
